Great place to call home especially if you work at Eastman or one of the hospitals nearby because the commute is super easy. Kitchen has tons of counter space which I use all the time for cooking. Management keeps everything running smooth and I never have issues getting packages from the office.
Very satisfied with my apartment here the amenities are nice and my unit stays cool in summer and warm in winter without crazy electric bills which is important to me.
Location is perfect for getting around Kingsport. Rent is reasonable and the neighborhood feels safe. Wish there was a pool but other than that no complaints!
My kids love living here because of the playground and theres plenty of space in our three bedroom for everyone. We've been to Warrior's Path State Park a few times since moving here and its only about 15 minutes away which is awesome for weekend activities. The staff remembered my name after just one visit to the office which made us feel welcome from day one.
