Clean and quiet community.
Really appreciate how safe this complex feels. Good lighting in the parking areas and the neighbors are respectful. Close enough to downtown but far enough away to feel peaceful.
The application process was smooth and move-in was easy. Apartment was spotless when we got the keys. Love that its pet friendly because my cat enjoys sitting by the big windows lol
Great place to call home especially if you work at Eastman or one of the hospitals nearby because the commute is super easy. Kitchen has tons of counter space which I use all the time for cooking. Management keeps everything running smooth and I never have issues getting packages from the office.
