Love the spacious two-bedroom layout with separate bathrooms. Perfect for roommates or couples.
Great location in downtown Kingsport! Easy access to I-26 and close to shopping and dining options.
Very poorly managed and maintained. Almost impossible to actually get ahold of the property manager and you are constantly being fielded to an AI “assistant”. Several lights out in the parking lot that have not been repaired in over two years, trash and debris stay in corridors and stairwells outside of apartments. Pay monthly for pest control but they don’t actually do anything and never addressed the bugs getting in due to poor sealing around doors. Ethan was very knowledgeable about the area and helped my friend get in super quick. Overall he is just very kind, outgoing, and professional! Great at his job.
Could be worse but could definitely be better!! Also they dont have a fitness center so idk why it says it does. 😂
