I recently viewed a rental suite with Tim Naylor on behalf of my mom and unfortunately, I was left feeling disappointed with his professionalism. I found him to be biased and untrustworthy, which is why I cannot recommend him as a property manager. After I applied Tim mentioned that he needed to meet with my mom to ensure she was comfortable with the suite, which we agreed to.
