I have lived here for a year and liked it a lot. The staff through Monroe Properties communicate very well but aren’t intrusive. Everyone has been very nice and patient with me without fail!
Decent sized, pet friendly apartments in a secured building with private parking. The apartments have their own w/d & dishwasher, and water/trash/internet are included in the rent. Maintenance issues are fixed quickly. I haven't noticed any pests and they do bug treatment here. People do regularly rummage in the trash here (and at every other building in the neighborhood, including businesses and single family homes), but management does their best to shovel it back into the dumpster. I didn't care for their seafood platter. I'll have to try what they are best known for next time. Their meats!
