I have worked with many lenders, but the team at One West is simply amazing. This is my 2nd time using them and I can honestly say they don’t let anything fall through the cracks, they are efficient, they problem-solve, and so much more. If you're looking for a hard money lender who actually shows up, this is the guy. Tim doesn’t just throw numbers at you from behind a desk — he gets hands-on, walks the property, and makes sure the deal makes sense for both sides.
