How about this for a surprise? A contractor that does what he promised! One Way Septic promised me they’d be out at a certain time and would give a one hour notice. They did. Then I was promised a flat fee with no surprise charges, and that my yard would be left better than with any previous contractor. You guessed it, that’s exactly what I got.
