When they took over the HOA they say up my autopay not telling me there were 2 choices 1. Full balance 2. HOA dues only They checked full balance for me which I was not told. Then the condo board placed a special assessment on us which is due July 31. Then on January 2,2026 they took out all the special assessment of $3000.00 plus my dues. Which overdrawn my bank account. I've been trying to get my assessment money back. I've called 4 times and they've never called me back.

One Way Properties is our HOA administrator. I called and posted an issue on their website and never heard back from them. Then I got an email about a violation last week. I called their office and the receptionist told me she would get the contact person to call me. Still waiting for a call.
