Love the house, great price, was able to get the lease done quick and easy.
If I could give zero stars, I would. According to our lease agreement, we were required to hire professional cleaners and have the carpets cleaned upon move-out, providing receipts as proof—which we did. Despite following these terms, the company claimed they never received the receipts and proceeded to hire their own cleaners, deducting the costs from our security deposit.
