Very costly company to deal with. Sadly, empty promises and neglected responsibilities. We had a few brand new listing units with them, and the tenants ended up “trashing” the properties to the cost of remodelling them again while management did absolutely nothing to address the issues or even offer to help on fixing the place. Very late (if ever) to respond and may (?) respond rudely if they receive 2-3 notes. I would not recommend listing any of your investments with this company ever. Let me start of with Mason did an amazing job from start to finish!!! My situation was unique and he listened and found solution. He answered every question, very helpful with the process for this home. The turnaround time quick and seamless. I even get to be near family which is very important to me. I am very happy to be a client. I can’t thank him enough, I give Mason six stars.
My roommates and I really appreciate the team over at One Way for advocating for us and working closely with us when issues arise in our rental home. Mason is who we work with the most and he has been on top of each and every problem and is quick to act and respond. They really care about the homes they manage and the tenants they bring in as well.
