if 0 stars were possible they would deserve it. essentially any duties a landlord could have this group fails to meet even a baseline of, maintenance response was absurdly slow, their app for making payments and such is unbearable, and worst of all they are unethical. the decision was made to keep my entire $2400 deposit over claims that the home needed significant cleaning and damages repaired, trash removed, etc... all were baseless claims and will be proven to be false with my evidence. its one thing if the owner is the p... read more
