STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!!! Waste of time and money. Do not clean the building one elevator only works. You never actually speak to a real person. They contract they customer service to foreign company. They worker who takes the trash out does not clean anything. Tracks all the dirt from the garbage in one elevator and leaves it there. Only time they clean is when they looking for tenants. If you have kids under 10 yrs old. They refuse to put in window guards. Bleach your apt every week to keep bugs out. I can keep going. Please ... read more
Previous property management for my current residence. They overwork their Supers, causing high turnover and delays in repairs, and do the bare minimum to fix large issues. I would not recommend anyone move to one of their properties.
Thanks for the heads up in these reviews, I was considering calling them to check out a unit...but no thanks. I can't believe slumlords still exist in 2020.
This is what I have been dealing with for the past three months. I have called the property manager countless times with no answer. I have called the emergency line multiple times as well. Please stay away from leasing from this company. They don't care about the tenants wants ask needs. These fools had took me too court and acted like complete fools making like they was aware of my maintenance conditions I had notified legal and they do all the same. Currently I still live like this and still not one person has ever came.
They dirty, unprofessional, and have an infestation in the apartment
