I have been a patient of Dr Cross for the last 18 years and had the best of experience. However this last time, the staff has been extremely poor and unfriendly in responding to my request of frames and lenses. I have visited the office twice and called them more than 3 times but I never hear back from them. They are refusing to do a simple calculation for me to let me know what it would cost me to get the frame and lenses using my insurance and instead seem to be pushing me to get their 30% discount plan.
