I can only comment on one realitor, Joyce Miller. bailed her out of a Jam last minute. Never got paid, had to take it to court, at more expense to me. She shows up with designer handbags worth 3x what I was owed. Won the court case, and still have not been paid. What should have been over and done with now became a war.
