I contacted One Up Event Design for my wedding flowers Unfortunately due to covid my affair never took place. I told Rob (Owner) about the situation and he told me I will receive all my money back once he receives his (covid)business loan. I've waited & waited and never heard a word from Rob. All of my text, emails and phone calls all went unanswered.
Rob was extremely helpful and patient when It came to planning flower arrangements for my wedding. He listened to exactly what I wanted and brought my vision to life. The day of the wedding his team was right on time and everything was set up perfect. I’d definitely work with them again in the future!!
My wife and I had the pleasure of using One Up for our wedding back in august and must say everything was smooth and on point. Rob was extremely patient and helpful in assisting my wife and I with everything we needed for our big day. Highly recommend. Thanks again for all your help!
