Unfortunately there is a major mold problem. They don't seem to want to fix this. They only want to cover it with the killz. It has come back several times which tells me it came from other units. It was all throughout the air ducts, behind stoves, coming from walls and more. Leaks are not properly fixed. The unit above me leaked and my ceiling was only dried by my air and not properly removed and replaced.

Has the best management staff in the DFW area. You will be VERY impressed with the staff and facility. There has never been an issue that they have not handled expediently and professionally--not that there is a high frequency of issues. I've lived in other apartments and neighborhoods, wherein the neighbors are inconsiderate or a consistent nuisance. That is not the case here.
