I called them today cause my furnace went out yesterday. I got a same day appointment. He fixed her up and it's working great again!! The price was super reasonable too

It’s back working!!!!! Because who can be their best self in Florida with a dragging AC?? Jon was my technician. He was young but knew what he was doing; very respectful and nice too. He explained stuff and showed me what he was doing, very good customer service. I’m very pleased. This is my second time using One Touch and both times the person sent out was really helpful and kind.
