One Touch has been in touch with us since 2005 - a long-standing quality service and a great loyalty. Our furnaces and air conditioners were installed and maintained by them. If you are looking for a professional service, I recommend them. Their job service and also post-sales services are superb.
I highly recommend this business. I had an amazing experience with this company! The customer service was excellent.
Installed AC system at two locations. One location, the AC started leaking in one year. They came and fix, after 1.5 months, it started leaking again. It was a very poor installation. For second location, the process was subject to Enbridge approval and it got rejected for basic safety work at the begging. Both work indicate poor quality installation.
Technician was very professional and knowledgeable strongly recommend there services.
