First off, the second me and my wife walked in the lady was sitting down with her daughter and doesn’t even say hi or welcome or anything. Pria is amazing! She always gives my eyebrows the perfect shape, and I leave feeling great every time. I love that it’s a walk-in, so I never have to worry about waiting for an appointment. She’s consistently professional, friendly, and skilled. If you’re looking for someone who does a fantastic job every time, Pria is the best! Highly recommend!
The last 2 times I went in for threading I left with cuts on my brows. The lady does not listen to what I asked for and just grabs hair and skin and pulls. I am on no way a baby but her threading was just painful. I let her know she was hurting me and when she ripped my skin off and she said nothing. I left with my brows thin, uneven, swollen and cut. The lady never apologized.
