I had never tried official hypnosis before from a therapist but I decided to give it a go with Kelly. She did an excellent job of making me feel comfortable throughout the process, and I am now firm believer in it. We worked on my sugar cravings and they diminished so much over the course of 4 weeks. I now have my power back! She is skillful with her approach and I felt she truly cared about me. Thank you so much Kelly!

Kelly made me feel so welcome and so comfortable. As a busy mom, this was the most peaceful and relaxed part of my week! I really enjoyed having the time to focus on my own needs and goals with such a caring guide. I have never experienced hypnosis before, so I wasn't exactly sure what to expect, and I was so pleasantly surprised.
