The bedrooms needed a good clean (dust lying on skirting boards and around furniture) as did the shower in the ensuite (which flooded) due to the grate being blocked. The rest of the apartment was comfortable and the kitchen was modern. Over all the apartment was a great size with enough room for a family to spread out and relax. Great location, close to many restaurants, activities and beach right out the front. Friendly and helpful staff. The view from our room was amazing.

This is absolutely the best apartment building on the Gold Coast, absolute beach front. The pool area is a beautiful. The staff of ONE are the very best and are all lovely people. I highly recommend ONE
