This is unbelievable. I booked an appointment online to view apartments. I took time out of my busy day and appeaed early. I had both my Illinois State I.D and my passport card. I was asked to upload my photo I.D to their system which I did. It took multiple tries bit twice the system indicated the I.D wad accepted. However according to the leasing agent the I.D was blurry and the tour could not be completed. So I was asked to leave. If that is the policy then you should have people upload the photo prior to the appointment ... read more
Avoid this place if you care at all about being comfortable. I would give negative stars if I could. Lots of these reviews are bots or Kasa (I.e., short term renters). Worst building I’ve ever been in for the same reasons that others have mentioned: Elevators constantly break with no clear communication on repair plans. This is despite supposed “upgrades” a few years ago.
