My rental experience was with Cynthia Garcia. She was very thorough, answered all my questions patiently, did let me know she is new here but very nice and calm. Dillon did work with her in getting me in and both were very knowledgeable and down to earth. I feel comfortable to be here thanks a million
I was moving from up north. Sal who was working in the office at the time. Went over and beyond to assist me on making sure I got my storage unit squared away. Excellent customer service. 4 years later and I still highly recommend One Stop Storage . Andrew has great customer service skills. The staff is friendly and professional .

Very clean and accessible location. Have had a space here for years and have never encountered any issue.
Service is great and love the reminder courtesy call.. and 10 day grace period is what keeps me there.How the surrounding are always clean.
