I was a loyal customer at One Stop Barbershop for nearly a year, getting monthly haircuts and beard trims directly from the owner. This review is not a reflection on the other stylists. Over time, I grew accustomed to my appointments starting 5-10 minutes late, with no apology. The haircuts were good, so I overlooked it—until my last visit. My appointment was at 11:00 AM. Really sucks that I've been getting haircuts from Kiana for 6-7 years now and I overslept once, missing one appointment. Gave a 20$ tip on that appointment when I showed up as an apology. Now I'm relegated to prepaying for a haircut. Disappointed and frustrated, so dumb. TLDR/ Hypocrite store owner ends years long professional relationship with one of its employees clients. Firstly, the hair stylist I always use has always been professional, courteous, and friendly. Maddie, you rock! As for why this place is getting a one-star, it's solely on the hands of the owner Elli. My appointment was at 3:30 today. I showed up a couple minutes early and sat down. After waiting over 20 minutes, Elli states "I am sorry for the delay".
