Bad Customer Service really No Service – Had an estimate done and set-up an appt. to have floors stripped and waxed moved all of my office furniture. Tech came didn't have right cleaning agents said he would be back never returned, never called back and manager never return calls either. I had to close my business for an additional day, let the employees off with pay and pay an additional $400 to have someone else come do it last minute.
