Excellent company - highly recommend!! Ethan was professional, communicated thoroughly & left our place clean and sanitized! We had been trying to fix our sewer backing up for the last month and were dreading having to call a plumber due to the cost (and horror stories we’ve heard of poor customer service, lack of cleanup, etc) but Ethan and One Stop changed that for us and we will be calling them again if we have any future issues!! Thank you!!
They are the best! Super professional and their price is reasonable.
Called to set up appointment for residential septic tank pumping and was told they would get back to me the following week. No one called, so I followed up with them… This happened three more times over a two week period until they just didn’t show up for the scheduled date we agreed upon. No idea if they do a good job because after being brushed off on four occasions, I called A+ Home Services who showed up a day later and did a stellar job for the same price.
I had the best experience with these guys today. We had them come out to clean out our grease trap at our restaurant and to my surprise the owner showed up with his new trainee. They were on time, clean, helpful, courteous and affordable. Definitely recommend them. Thanks guys!
