I’ve been at one stop since 2020 and I’m annoyed they have undergone new management and it’s terrible now! From constant new fees ($3 electronic payment fee but they only accept electronic payments) to limited hours and no onsite staff (it was open 24 hours with management onsite to assist with any problems or questions for multiple hours a day) to it constantly having something broke and us not having access to the facility.. when you call for assistance the employees act as if they don’t know anything… the interior has not... read more
Used to be good but until they underwent new management. This winter, they didn't pay their electric bill so the water pipes froze and flooded half of the floor my unit is in. Now the one and only elevator in the entire building stopped working and they are saying that we will have to wait for new parts to get shipped from China before it can be repaired.
