This storage location is center of the city and easy to get too. It is clean and easy to access with a personal code for entry. The Manager Caroline, took great care, in timing and patience over the phone while we did our online applications. GREAT Customer service Caroline, we appreciate.

I’ve been at one stop since 2020 and I’m annoyed they have undergone new management and it’s terrible now! From constant new fees ($3 electronic payment fee but they only accept electronic payments) to limited hours and no onsite staff (it was open 24 hours with management onsite to assist with any problems or questions for multiple hours a day) to it constantly having something broke and us not having access to the facility.. when you call for assistance the employees act as if they don’t know anything… the interior has not... read more
