I spoke with this lady named Maryse. Who said she had a listing available a while back, And to follow up with her, so she doesn’t forget my name. Fortunately, I followed up with her a couple weeks later, and she said that the people would be moving out within a month. Furthermore, she asked if I wanted to tour the place and I said yes.
