RENTER BEWARE!! Rented from them and within 7 days of moving in all of the appliances stopped working. They wound up charging us from Our deposit for the broke appliances they had to replace, which none of the damage was our fault. We were charged for damage we didn’t do and was noted on the move in inspection. Terrible place to rent from.
It’s been four months since we moved out and they still have not returned our deposit. It’s impossible to get them on the phone and no one is at the office. They don’t return messages so at this point I think they’re avoiding us so as not to return our money. Working with them was generally a bad experience. I'm up right now because I'm going to court later to fight a bogus eviction. I thought it was just me...... turns out they do it many others.
Do not apply for one of there properties they take weeks to respond and will keep any deposit you give them. The poor owners of the homes should go with a different company because they handle things horribly.
Literal scam artists. They have a house listed on the market for over 115 days now. Applied on a Saturday, ran my app on Monday during business hours, never heard anything else after that. Listing states 650 credit score & double deposit for anything under. I have no evictions or debt owed to any properties, flawless rental history, make beyond 3x the rent bank statements as proof etc, luckily I followed my gut & applied to another home at the same time that I was approved for.
