Completely unprofessional. Employees were not on site while we waited for hours just to drop off a check in hand. The owner, Luis Ayala, should have his license revoked. His methods are shady at best. There was no communication from him to the seller during our transaction and they held our deposit in escrow for 6 months, all the while the seller had no idea that Luis was conducting business without. (Or so he says) regardless, the experience me and my team had working with this business was not good at all. I would avoid it... read more
