I don't usually leave reviews, but One Stop absolutely deserves one. We recently had them install a Navien tankless water heater, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the beginning, everything was straightforward and stress-free. They offered 7-year interest-free financing and helped us take advantage of a rebate, which made the upgrade much more affordable. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. They are extremely reliable. Anytime I have called, they have showed up the same day even though they are crazy busy. They even lent us their own personal portable air conditioner when we had to wait for a piece to come in. The owner is down to earth and very friendly. They actually care about you as a customer. :)

One stop is the best! We had a plumbing emergency that my husband couldn’t figure out on a Saturday and they showed up within 2 hours and didn’t quit until they figured out what was going on. They were here for 3 hours and got us back to normal thank goodness! I highly recommend Eric and his team to anyone in need of his services! Will definitely use again!
