We’ve used One Stop a handful of times with great experiences but today’s service deserves its own shout-out. We woke up this morning to no heat with a high of 30 outdoors, and my MIL’s funeral that afternoon. They came out to take a look within 20min of calling, then came back and fixed it before we had to leave for the funeral. They are so respectful and friendly, and the emergency service and sensitivity to our situation. We are happy to give our business to One Stop!

I called one stop because I had issues with my heater. The technician Eric got back to me within 10 minutes. Hewas at my house in a half hour. He explained to me everything in detail and was very professional and very knowledgeable. nothing but positive words come out of his mouth he had my problem fixed before I even realized he had started working on my heater. Super service. Arrived on time and listened to our equipment complaint. Went right to work. Checked out our heating equipment. Problem solved. That night the heater quit once again. Called Eric, he stated he would be over in a couple of hours. Again right on time, found the problem, fixed the problem. All good. I highly recommend ONE STOP.
