Christian is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything in detail, so you really understand what's going on and why he's recommending certain treatments or exercises. He's friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about helping his patients get the best results. He helped me prepare for my race and was no doubt helped me beat my PB!
