Been using them for years. I pay for the annual service where they come out quarterly, charge you $150 and say you can call for additional treatments any time. I called this morning to get my yard sprayed for fleas and, while THEY hadn't called me to set up the next quarterly service they refuse to come out and spray at my request because "it is time for your next quarterly spray."
