Showed up 20 minutes before closing and was rudely turned away. Their sign literally says “10 minute oil change” and there was no other customers in there. Never going back.
I was given good advice regarding my vehicle and how it would be wise to top off my oil sooner than most other vehicles. I appreciated the service and will happily continue as a customer.
My Wife has taken our equinox here twice. Both times for an oil change. The first time, they told her that one of her wheel bearings was almost destroyed and needed to be replaced immediately and insisted that the car wouldn't be drivable soon. However, that wheel bearing was just replaced so it wasn't as dirty as the other ones, it had some grease on it from it being newly installed and the technician didn't appear to have a clue what they were talking about. Stopped in, was overdue for an oil change, typically I get my oil changes where my dad used to work (a dealership), because I know the staff and they’ve worked in my vehicle for years, but I was in a pinch and this place was right in town. BIG MISTAKE. Got a standard oil change, synthetic, drove my vehicle from their location, to my home downtown grand ledge, then left for golf, got just past the Cedar St. exit off 96 east and my engine blew a rod (20 miles driven TOPS after the oil change). I am a senior citizen. I went to get an oil change here and they couldn't get the oil plug out. The last place I took my car in to get some repairs done, cross threaded the plug. I went to that place and they gave me the run around. One Stop told me to come back the next day and they would have the right tool. They did and treated me very well. They are always efficient and polite. I highly recommend them.
