Stopped in, was overdue for an oil change, typically I get my oil changes where my dad used to work (a dealership), because I know the staff and they’ve worked in my vehicle for years, but I was in a pinch and this place was right in town. BIG MISTAKE. Got a standard oil change, synthetic, drove my vehicle from their location, to my home downtown grand ledge, then left for golf, got just past the Cedar St. exit off 96 east and my engine blew a rod (20 miles driven TOPS after the oil change). I am a senior citizen. I went to get an oil change here and they couldn't get the oil plug out. The last place I took my car in to get some repairs done, cross threaded the plug. I went to that place and they gave me the run around. One Stop told me to come back the next day and they would have the right tool. They did and treated me very well. They are always efficient and polite. I highly recommend them.
Super friendly guys here. My son gets a sucker every time. They’re quick and never too busy, I’m always out within 10-15 mins from the time of pulling into the garage. I’ve never had to wait in line here. Cheaper than other places in town. I’ve been coming here for oil changes for over a year and never had any issues. Not one bad thing to say regarding the oil change experience.
Incredibly friendly staff. Went above and beyond to correct an issue from my last oil change (different company), and did it in a timely manner.
