Rude, late, terrible communication including cursing at my 10 year old. “Young lady “put your f#%^ing dog away.”. Threatened to quit day of event when I was upset at lack of communication. They didn’t bring materials to setup in concrete (they didn’t ask me!. Daily rental is only 6 hours - not a whole day. Didn’t read the fine print!!! Setup fell apart within an hour of leaving. Got everything u need for a party
They saved my party!! called at the last minute for a tent, table & chairs for a grad party in June! not only did they manage to squeeze my party in, again with hardly any notice, but Perry & his wife made me feel like it was not a problem. just what they do. The guys that came to set it up were super friendly and polite! great experience!! i would highly recommend!!

We have used them several times for our events at West Chester University and they are awesome and very accommodating. I will continue to keep using them. Equipment is in great condition. They have even been able to handle last minute requests. Awesome!

We had THE BEST BIRTHDAY PARTY EVER!! I completely forgot to plan ahead for my son's birthday. He turned 6 this past summer, and One Stop Party Shop set us up with a waterslide and snow cone maker. The kids LOVED IT! We didn't need to do another thing. One phone call to One Stop Party Shop and the party arrived. THANK YOU! They are awesome!
