The only star in this place goes to Sue and the ASSISTANT of Dr. Syed, NOT the doc himself (I regretfully forget her name). Sue and the assistant are kind, empathetic, organized and genuinely care about patients. I have had nothing but good experiences with both of them. They deserve faaaar better than what they get. Do not come here if you’re actually seeking medical services. The doctor is borderline incompetent, and is both rude and dismissive to his patients. The staff is rude and even getting the simplest paperwork completed and submitted by them is next to impossible. I don’t know how they are even allowed to be open
I should not even give 1 stat to One Stop Medical Clinic. I looked for family doctor for months and I found One Stop Medical Clinic is accepting new patients. I made an appointment for Feb 9th 2023 on Jan 23rd for a meet and greet with the doctor. The office calls me 1 day prior to the appointment and informs me that the doctor is not longer accepting patients.
