Do not send faxes from here. Your fax will be sent to MN Unemployment, no matter what number you try to send to. Your personal data will be seen by someone with no business seeing it, and it will not be sent to where you need it to go. The fax machine in the shop is apparently broken or has a setting which forces all faxes to go to the MN Unemployment office. (Review will be edited when/if this issue is resolved).
Don't pay this place to fax documents. They frequently send to the wrong number. OUR number. We have asked them repeatedly to stop sending us faxes not intended for us. Medical forms, income verifications that people need to obtain housing, the list goes on. In many cases the faxes don't include contact info for the people who sent them, so we can't even call to let them know their document was sent to the wrong number. Fun fact: Hennepin County Libraries will fax for free and there's a location at 7100 Nicollet Ave.
I have attempted to reach this business by calling the public phone number as well as the owner's cell phone over a dozen times in the past few weeks, with no answer or voicemail option. This review is my last resort to communicate with the owner of One Stop Mail Shoppe. I work for the State of MN, and our office receives numerous faxes from One Stop Mail Shoppe that are not intended to be sent to the State Office that I work for.
