called enercare friday evening, a service appointment was over 24 hrs wait, and they couldnt get the part / fix the problem for another ~48 hrs. Anthony came and installed the part in about 6 hours from the time I called him on a Sunday, of the world cup finals, one of the only local contractors that even answered. way quicker and easier to consult with on the phone as well
