I found this company through home advisor. They were supposed to call me 30 minutes before they arrive but did not.The man who came what is a talker, Talked to me like I didn’t know anything maybe because I was a woman. I think he wanted to wow me with what he thought he knew about plumbing, I think I knew more. He was trying to upsell me the whole time but didn’t seem to think they could fix the problem I had. They came to service my AC under my home warranty. Showed up after 5 pm, complaining how tired he was, said what’s needs to be done is not covered by warranty and rest is not his job, even though he was told his company will be paid, service needs to be done. So he left without even leaving work receipt , but this company submitted $75 service fee. So they just go around, don’t want to do anything and charge $75 in 5 min. I had to call to have a furnace repair done under a home warranty. This is when I had the pleasure of meeting Tim and Eric. True professionals and going above and beyond is an understatement. Warranty or not, in the future, they will be my first call if I have the need of heat/AC or plumbing repair.
