They were fine at first I went in today to get two teeth pulled they didn’t wait for the numbing to kick in before starting they wouldn’t let me leave after the first tooth was pulled when I asked to reschedule without paying $100 cancelation fee even tho when they started pulling the second tooth I could feel it all and when they renumbed it because I couldn’t feel they needle the thought I was over reacting to “pressure” and preceded to have a dental assistant hold down my one arm because I was moving so much
I can smile the girls here were great even when I need to do stuff longer than they want to than a normal case because I'm a hard to handle one but they got it done and I'm sure grateful for one stop now I dental
Saw Bridgette and Dr. O today. I’ve had several teeth pulled each a different location and this was by far the easiest and fastest of them all. Highly recommend.
Today, I had a great experience with One Stop Dental. The Manager and staff were amazing. They were very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to my insurance and my treatment I needed completed. Dr. K, is very kind and she assisted me with every question I had. She also completed my treatment with care and integrity. My smile hasn’t been this way in years. I am so thankful to this dental office. The Manager Jessica helped in every aspect and definitely helped me find a way to be able to do my dental work.
Billing is not on the up and up was told deductible was 50 to find out later it was 25, was told it was because they thought it was for extraction too but I told them walking in I wasn’t doing anything but X-rays and exam check with your insurance definitely shady with billing
