Horrible experience!! He offered to help on my deductible. So I went with him and through my insurance. My f-250 had damaged side door and mirror. Per Bruno..."I will buy new used door..." which he never did. I go into check the truck and I see a huge lump on the door meaning they never purchased a door. Anyways, he told me the truck would be ready in two weeks. My insurance paid for a rental for two weeks and then when I came to pick up the truck it wasn't even painted..parts weren't in.
