Company rarely answers the phone. Will NOT call back. Doesn't reply to emails. Doesn't honor promises!!!their technicians make. Will NOT show up during their appointment window. When you do get someone on the phone they are condescending and rude. I will never use this service again!!!!
They failed to respond to a call when I lost air last summer. Thankfully I found another company who responded immediatly!
Good luck getting a hold of them. 3 calls over 3 days, 2 voice messages and………..NOTHING. Great service.
