Danny was my Technician who arrived at my residence in Clermont this morning to regulate a problem with my Central air Condition. He was prompt, well mannered and most of all very well educated to his profession. This man is truly an asset to your company. After explaining my problem he knew exactly what the what to do and corrected it. He also educated me as to the operation and proper care of my unit. Again I would like to complement management for having a worker such as Danny with these capabilities.
