This Company sucks!!! This is the 3rd time in 3 months that my new ac needs service. My 74 yr old mother has been without ac for 4 days, had service scheduled between 1-6 and then told between 6-9 on the day service. Good thing I didn’t pay for this junk!!!
WARNING! They installed new AC system at construction. Never installed 1 year media filter , even though I ordered one.....and refused to stand by their installation. NO FILTRATION FOR MONTHS BEFORE I NOTICED. Cindy in the Tampa office stated "someone probably stole it", therefore "it's not their problem" . Never came out to assess the situation. The service supervisor called and hung up on me when I asked if I should be concerned about Mold. Had a separate AC company come out to clean duct work and coils. Let's scale this o... read more
