History Established in 1982. We are part of an auto body repair business ~ One Stop Auto Body, Inc that was established by my dad Sam Stuto on January 3, 1982. We recently merged together in the past two years with the golf carts. Since my dads reputation and our work ethic have always been exceptional, our business exploded. We have paid twice in the last month to have our cart fixed, (close to $1,000.00) it still isn’t running. The first time they brought it back it was missing a windshield, which it had when it left here, (a new one we had just bought from them for $100.00 and installed in the last few months) and they replaced it with a used one and wanted to charge us $50.00. Took my cart to them for a new roof and front end alignment. Bout crashed with my 2 kids and wife when the front end came apart due to loose bolts. Got things back together and checked all bolts and they were all loose including the roof bolts.
Our cart needed repairs and One Stop Carts picked it up and repaired it in the time frame they gave us. Tonya and Jason (service technician) were awesome. We have our cart back and very pleased with it. Parts and labor were very reasonable ! Thank you One Stop Carts of Palatka !! Debbe
PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. COMPLETELY LIARS. PURCHASED A GOLF CART FROM THESE PEOPLE A WEEKE AGO. AFTER GETTING THE CART, MY SON DROVE IT FOR 30 MINUTES, THE BATTERIES DIED DOWN. EVEN AFTER A FULL CHARGE, THEY LAST ONLY 30 MINUTES. I WENT BACK FOR A REFUND, THEY ASK THAT I GO HALF (WITH THEM) ON A PAYMENT FOR NEW BATTERIES. ARE YOU SERIOUS????
