Don't bother being a good customer. Especially, if you move and lose the title. They won't do a damn thing to help. I paid my vehicle and repair costs on time. This was my first vehicle that was paid off with a lein. Excuse me for not knowing what needed to be done but as a business you think they would be willing to help instead of chastising the person like a child. Don't bother being a good customer. Especially, if you move and lose the title. They won't do a damn thing to help. I recommended them to so many people. All it would have taken was a letter saying the lein was released but the old broad answering the phones is a nasty rude person.

If I could give this place a -10 I really would. I got my car in march of this year and the first month it was in the shop at this place bc they couldn’t figure out why my car battery kept dying I finally got my car back at the end of that month just to have it for a day and it break down again so I had to drive it all the way to them in pulaski praying I made it there they had it another whole week just for it to break down on me again when I finally got it back so after the 4th time I tried to get my money back they told m... read more
