Last week brought my car in for a/c issues and leaking power steering fluid. Picked up car next day, a/c still not working, returned, left car another day, problem was they over filled the freon. Leave two days later power steering fluid is empty...bring back, they didnt tighten the hose. (This caused me to miss seeing my daughters as a road trip is out of the question). Both issues were from shoddy workmanship. While they fixed the issues, not one apology was issued.

I was on vacation and visiting friends in Jackson when one of my tires in my tow-behind vehicle for my motorhome had the tire pressure y come on. My tires are filled with Nitrogen, called my friend and asked for a recommendation for a service person. He recommended Robert Perry and One-Stop. I could not have been more pleased with the service. Awesome, fast, affordable work! Totally impressed.
Took our 2003 Ford Windstar van to One Stop Car Care Center in Jackson this morning after seeing them two days ago for an estimate. They were correct - blend door actuator def. It took about 1 hour 15 minutes for the repair AND .....the total cost was actually $100.00 less than the highest cost estimate. Thank you for repairing our vehicle for a reasonable price!
