Crappy staff. Arrogant owner. Disrespectful to customers. Not helpful, friendly, or honest. In fact they are exactly all the bad things you hear about car dealerships. I purchased a car from 1 Stop Auto Sales before it became "Preferred Auto Crap" . I paid that car in full without a single late payment and you would think that they could pull their moody, disorganized, abrasive, and dishonest staff together long enough to close a deal. If i could give them a zero i would. They let me drive around in a car for three months and then called me and said i needed to sign some paperwork. So i went up there and waited for four hours all for them to come back and say my loan wasn't approved by the bank. So for three months i rode around in a car that hadn't even been approved. In the end they took the car. Stay away from this place if you can. They are very shady.

Ppl pleas do not step foot in that dealership. The ppl there are horrible and they treat their customer like crap. My son trade in his car 2 months ago and they have not paid it. He's getting harassed from the creditor and his tag from the new car he bought from them is expired. My son went to see them and made several phone calls, they told him they are busy (both finance and manager). I will report them to the BBB and the news ppl. Worst service ever. I will definitely warn ppl about this ppl.

This dealership is a joke. Do not shop at this lot. They don't care about the customer. All they care about is making a sale. They never keep their word and never fix what's wrong with a vehicle after promising to fix it. I will never buy another car from this dealership and I would not recommend that anyone else purchase a car from this dealership.
