One Shop Auto has done a great job with several used vehicles I bought , great job price/quality wise and servicing them brakes/fluid changes etc. I was really surprised to see someone on here complaining that they had to come back and given a second bill for new work and parts.... So I reached out to ask what happened. You know both sides of the story vs just one side.... You come into a shop and throw them some parts saying here put these parts in my car ..... Had my car in, replace crank sensor. Only issue I had was sometimes was not starting. I asked the guy to also put in four new spark plugs that I provided a PVC valve that I provided and doing oil change. When I got my vehicle back the car was misfiring like they didn't put the spark plug wires on properly or something so I had to bring my vehicle back engine light was on car was about to stall. Absolutely terrible Service . I dropped my car off Monday 20th and was told I would get it back the nexts day they were going to do a quick safety. I called Wednesday to follow up and they said it would be Thursday . Then I still haven’t heard back from them so I called them Friday night and said following up they said nexts week now . So then I called them today as Monday the 27th and I said following up on car and he said Bill doesn’t want to do the safety anymore ! if i could leave zero stars, then i would. To begin, they have no customer service skills and are entirely rude. they over charge you and do not let you know what needed to get fixed in the first place, i had to bring back my car twice and the issue is still there (after being charged 1000$+). they spoke to me as if i was a toddler! theses people are thieves! i do not recommend! save your money and time.
