Absolutely terrible Service . I dropped my car off Monday 20th and was told I would get it back the nexts day they were going to do a quick safety. I called Wednesday to follow up and they said it would be Thursday . Then I still haven’t heard back from them so I called them Friday night and said following up they said nexts week now . So then I called them today as Monday the 27th and I said following up on car and he said Bill doesn’t want to do the safety anymore ! if i could leave zero stars, then i would. To begin, they have no customer service skills and are entirely rude. they over charge you and do not let you know what needed to get fixed in the first place, i had to bring back my car twice and the issue is still there (after being charged 1000$+). they spoke to me as if i was a toddler! theses people are thieves! i do not recommend! save your money and time.
horrible experience--had a bad alternator and needed it fixed, dropped my car off with no problems and got it back WITH NO POWER STEERING!! and he didnt even put the new alternator in that i had asked him to do and he took 2 days to get the car back to me leaving me stranded for the entire weekend. Saftied my car and said he was going to put new tires on and didnt do that either. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
