Do not, I repeat DO NOT, patronize One Stop Auto at the Chevron Station on Business 287. One Saturday, instead of going to my regular mechanic, I decided to get an oil change for my Escalade from this establishment. Upon arriving, I was intentional with telling the owner/mechanic to use Mobil One Synthetic oil. When the guy was finished completing the job, I noticed the bill was lower than I was used to paying (generally it's around $120.00), this guy charged me $49.99, but the bill stated Mobil One Synthetic, so I paid it. ... read more
Kennedale Chevron/One Stop Auto Oil Change/Osama Salem AVOID!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! BEWARE!! Go in for an oil change & leave needing your oil pan replaced!!! Cross threaded my drain plug & put 20w oil in a truck that requires 30w oil!!!! And guess what Sam said? Its not my problem! Im not responsible! And when I asked his name all he would tell me is Sam. I asked who is the owner and he said he doesn't know!!! What a rip off place!!!
