I don't like having to see these guys, but when I do, they always treat me right and make everything like new!
Granted we are long time friends with the owners but have taken our vehicles here for the last 20 years. I hadn't had need to use their services for quite a while and it is good to see nothing has changed; still 5 star ! Except for hitting the deer, this whole experience was painless, from the online claim submittal, to the quick inspection, to the rental car pick up, to the less than 24 hr repair, to the quality of the repair. We don’t even have our car back yet but the service here is outstanding. They have been fantastic from the moment we first contacted them. If you ever need car repairs I would highly recommend. I’ll update when our vehicle repairs are completed but I can’t imagine anything less than another excellent review based on our experience so far.

Extremely pleased with the service we have received from One Stop Auto in Newport News! Billy was very thorough in dealings with us, explained the estimate in repairs in full detail and kept us updated along the way. He also made an extra effort to return our 4Runner to us before Christmas (and 4 days ahead of schedule!!!!) since both me and my husband’s vehicles were being repaired.
