Samsung contracted One Stop Appliance Repair to attempt to fix my Samsung refrigerator (ice maker & freeze up problem. One Stop Appliance Repair came out to try to repair the problems. Each time the service tech pulled out the refrigerator to work on it. Their tech lied and said I did it each time. Sorry, NO, I have a bad back and I do not move anything anymore.
