The views are amazing but the smell of the sewer that’s right outside the building on Howard (the Stewart people call it low tide!) makes the condos on the ferry side of the building very smelly. Absolutely impossible to open the windows on that side; the stench is unbearable- esp in the evenings. The second downside is no windows or natural light in any bathroom. And the floor plan in the 06 units is really odd with the primary bedroom looking right into the kitchen area! At a 7M+ price point, you expect better.
