Anette has a heart of gold ! She was part of the start of my recovery and today I stand before you with 8 1/2 years sober.
One step helped me gain the time to change my life 100%. Where I came from and where I am now are two totally different places and I wouldn't trade what I have now for anything. I am forever in debt to this place for what it has done for me
I love the program they offer...alot of accountability which is needed by alcoholics and addicts...they have a van which takes u to meetings 5 days wk...also have day labor which takes u 5 days wk...if recovery is what u want this is the rehab for u!!!

If you are an alcoholic/addict and need a sober living environment that embraces the 12 steps and principals of AA/NA then you should call the offices of One Step. The owner and staff practice the principals of the program on a daily basis and go above and beyond to help anyone who reaches out, no matter how far down the scale you believe you've gone. When are done being a child thinking you deserve having everything handed to you, One at a time will provide you the encouragement, and the tools YOU need to get YOUR life together again. You WILL know new FREEDOM and a new HAPPINESS provided you are willing to take SUGGESTIONS and hold on the rough days . Self seeking will disappear as you learn to live as a community. One Step at a Time is family and WE celebrate every spent without the use of drugs and/or alcohol. I've developed a great sense of gratitude.
